Java / J2EE Team Lead / Project Lead

Snapooh is looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Team / Project Lead who can deliver an exceptional user experience. You’ll work collaboratively with the Founders, Engineers, Designers and Marketers to develop the product that will be loved by all its users.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Management process from start to finish: build & prioritize the roadmap, define the scope, write the specs, assist the devs with implementation, conduct user tests, perform web analytics and adapt features accordingly
• Recruit and manage a talented product team to support the company’s rapid growth

Requirements

• BE/MCA in Computer Science or related technical field (MS is a plus)
• 2+ years as an coder
• 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong project management skills and expertise
• Ability to translate business objectives into product vision and ultimately technical requirements
• Experience with rapid prototyping and quick release schedules
• Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups

Responsibilities

Web Developer / Front-End Engineer / Web Programmer

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications that look beautiful and work great across a wide range of browsers and platforms
• Identify potential technical issues early in the design phase of the front-end development cycle

We are looking for a highly motivated User Interface Designer specialized in mobile and web application that will join our team and work closely with the founding team in shaping the product along its road map.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main person to take care of all design related issues and create the ultimate experience for user
• Actively participate in the design of a great UX
• Create micro designs and pixel perfect icons
• Support the UI designing process from the first scratch to the complete conceptualization

• Previous experience in interface design for mobile apps, mobile web sites, icon
• Good knowledge of the UX principles and Interaction Design tools.

• You deliver efficient and clean wireframes and mockups fast.
